With extensive experience in product development and strategic marketing, I have wide-ranging abilities in brand management, portfolio innovation, and trend analytics across all beauty categories.

As VP Product Marketing + Innovation at Rodan + Fields, I led the brand’s restaging of their four core skincare regimens. I also helped launch more than 25 new R+F products, including their scalp-first approach to haircare, creating an entirely new product category for the brand. Before that, as VP for Global Brand Development/Marketing at Mary Kay Inc., I led brand innovation and marketing strategy for the company’s global mass and prestige product lines across 40 markets, including the United States, China, Russia, Brazil, and Mexico.
